Tim joined the company in 2004 as the fourth generation of the Wyka family roofers. He earned a BA degree in management from the University of Hartford and joined his father Stan and the Team at Mile Square Roofing to continue the legacy of quality and professionalism that the company has developed over the past 30+ years. Upon his arrival at Mile Square, Tim worked with the staff to gain knowledge and experience in the industry. He has completed several training courses with the NRCA and has attended workshops for several roofing manufacturers. Tim’s first position with Mile Square as Service Manager allowed him to acclimate himself to the roofing industry and find new and exciting ways to grow the business. With the implementation of new software and procedures Tim helped to grow the service department to what it is today. As service manager Tim continued to study estimating and project management and in 2013 made the leap to VP Operations. In his current role Tim oversees all aspects of the businesses day to day operations and helps with strategic planning and business development. It is Tim’s goal to maintain the quality workmanship and professional reputation that Mile Square Roofing has developed with its customers, vendors and employees over the last 30 years while developing the business for the years to come.
