History

Kaitlyn joined our team in 2014. She holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Kaitlyn started as the administrative assistant to the Service Department and then transitioned into the position of accounts receivable clerk in 2016, where she gained valuable insight into the labor and material costing of repair and maintenance projects. The experience she acquired in the Service Department helped her build a strong foundation for her career growth and opened the doors to new opportunities within the company. In May of 2020, Kaitlyn was promoted to project estimation and project management. Since then, she has taken onto multiple roofing projects and managed them successfully from start to end, making her a vital asset to our company.
